Order Set Control

• Enables you to totally control the scope and the content that a specific customer or customer's location can order via the VRU/IVR. You can establish unique order groups by customer and control by denomination and amount.

Express Orders

• This tool eliminates paper disruptions to the operation due to special rush orders. It insures that the volumes for special rush orders are captured for analysis.

Standing Orders

• This component reduces traffic on VRU/IVR system. It minimizes the customer's and bank's time required to manage repetitive cash order requirements. Orders can be scheduled by day of week and date.

Automatic Monetary Inventory Module (MIM) Transaction Logging

• Eliminates the human element to insure a secure and timely transaction flow.
• Enables multiple order component assignment.

Non-Monetary Items

• Enables the automation of the customer supply function for supplies or miscellaneous items (i.e., Postage Stamps, Tokens, and Phone Cards).

Maximum Order Limit

• This component improves controls and reduces exposure to losses. It insures conformance to credit control requirements. Orders can be limited by single transaction and/or day.

Configurable Ordering Cut-Offs

• This control mechanism allows operations to establish a time threshold of order transactions to meet operational workflow requirements.

Transaction Posting Date Control
