Journaling in Money Manager Plus, journal information is stored
at the deposit level for ease of use and efficient access. The
system stores more electronic detail, for a longer period of time,

and resolve inquires much more efficiently.

Plus supports multiple account numbers so each customer can specify
up to four accounts and their use. For example, a customer may
prefer separate accounts for deposits, adjustments, change orders,
etc. The system automatically updates the correct account.

Money Manager Plus allows you to set different notification thresholds
for differences in deposits received. Thresholds can be specified
by customer or even individual customer locations. The system

Plus can be configured as a single site, as a host site with a
central server that supports remote sites or you can establish
your own independent external Databank location for redundancy
and the ultimate level of disaster recovery capability.

Money Manger
Plus is available with Automated Deposit Processing (A.D.P.) as
a part of the Deposit Processing module. Automated Deposit Processing
utilizes techniques common in Item Processing operations to maximize
processing efficiency and resource utilization. In the Automated
Deposit Processing sequence, you capture the deposit at the Money
Manager Terminal and prepare it for high-speed processing. The
system enables you to process unsorted notes downstream utilizing
high-speed sorters. You re-enter rejects, including counterfeit
note information capture, on an administrative terminal. The system
prompts the teller to enter all Secret Service form information
in real time and prints the form! With Automated Deposit Processing,
deposits are reconciled electronically.
