Money Manager Plus is event-driven deposit-processing software that captures all key reporting points for billing. The Money Manager Terminal on our system leads the teller through the transaction with minimum screens and keystrokes. Managers can assign "Function" keys to save keystrokes when the teller is performing repetitive tasks.

The truncation of deposit and cash-in tickets (cash-only deposits) eliminates downstream processing of paper. The system also truncates DDA and GL updates, orders, cash-outs and adjustments. Our Automated Deposit Processing option allows you to maximize resource utilization. With Report Scheduler, you can run only the reports you want, whenever you want them. You can schedule report printing one time, or on a daily reoccurring cycle by specific date and time. Since the system enables directional printing, you can direct a report to any system-configured printer. This allows you to produce reports with minimum disruption to productivity and reduces the number of printers you have to own and maintain. Report Scheduler makes it easy to run large reports after hours so they're available first thing the next morning. You'll save time and save on paper, too.

With Bulk Bag Processing you can streamline your Branch Systems forwarded night drop and pre-credit work. The system reduces administrative time and requirements by automating the reconcilement process. (The Bag Tracking module is required for this functionality.) Transaction Recall and Void makes correcting teller or customer errors quick and easy. The MM Plus/ MMT gives you the ability to recall a settled transaction (within limits) and void the transaction from the teller totals. And, the advanced data warehousing capability of the system allows you to research and retrieve old files quickly, and with a higher level of detail.
