Deposit Verification

This service includes the processing of FED, branch and commercial customer currency, coin and food stamp verification. The declared deposit amount is verified by an actual currency piece count, strap count and/or by using sophisticated scales to weigh currency straps.

Deposit Consolidation/Envelope Processing

If you have customers who deposit envelopes, our system is designed to handle this special deposit processing need. We provide a daily report that outlines discrepancies by envelope with an aggregate adjustment for the total deposit.

Change Order Preparation

When your branches or your customers use AT Systems for change orders, they have two options for requesting currency or coin. Their first option is to request a standing change order. This option tells our Cash Vault Services operation that the same currency/coin order is needed on the dame day each week. The second option lets them order change via a touch-tone phone. AT Systems automated order entry system uses synthesized voice replication technology, which gives them the opportunity to confirm their touch-tone entry prior to submission. Coin is available in individual rolls or in boxes of fifty rolls. Currency may be ordered in either full or partial straps.

Information Reporting

AT Systems' cash vault processing technology can provide all the data you need to control, audit and report your cash vault activity. Our cash vault operating software, Money Manager Plus, can customize and create any report to meet your specifications. These reports are available via a direct connection of the Internet.

Coin Wrapping

Selected AT Systems' coin wrapping operations are depositories on behalf of the Federal Reserve Bank. This gives us the ability to expedite the wrapping and delivery of your coin orders. This control also ensures you receive full coin boxes at each delivery. AT Systems uses only paper wrap, since it has proven to be easier to open. Also, paper wrapped coins do not tend to cause employee injury or cash register damage as sometimes occurs with plastic wrapped coins.

Vault Storage

AT Systems' vaults are "C" rated by Underwriters Laboratories (UL). This is the best rating in the industry. Our vaults can securely store food stamps, precious metals, computer chips, casino chips and almost any other valuable commodity.
