Technology that delivers.
The latest edition
of our proprietary, state-of-the art Cash Vault Management software,
Money Manager Plus, is the heart of AT Systems' Cash Vault Services
capability. We've designed this software to meet our exacting standards
for security, throughput, accuracy, reliability and disaster recovery.
Yet, Money Manager Plus also delivers the utmost in convenience and
flexibility for financial institutions and their customers. Here's how
the systems works for you.
Real time information
Each of AT Systems'
cash processing facilities has their own IBM RS6000 running Money Manager
Plus, and each functions independently of the others. Yet, all systems
follow the same steps and capture the same data elements for every transaction
processed. All sites are on-line in real time to one of two AT Systems'
Central Data Banks. Each Data Bank simultaneously forwards bank-specific
data to the Cash Processing Customer Service Unit (CPCSU) housed in
the financial institution. The CPCSU is an IBM RS6000 computer, terminal
and printer installed in your Customer Service area that facilitates
your response to a customer inquiry about a transaction we processed
a minute ago or a year ago. All the information you need is right at
your fingertips. The CPCSU produces a variety of daily reports, specialty
reports to satisfy unique customer needs and many other cash processing
related documents.
Unprecedented
disaster recovery
AT Systems operates
multiple cash processing facilities across the country. All facilities
operate with standardized Money Manager Plus software. All processing
data is stored at both the facility level, and at our two Central Data
Banks. Processing data is transmitted to our Central Data Banks in real
time. So, in the unlikely event of a facility-specific disaster, processing
can readily transferred to another AT Systems facility. Our built-in
redundancy across our Cash Vault Processing network is your assurance
of reliable, continuous operations.
